About the Programme

HSBC is recruiting graduates for our Global Graduate Programme (GGP) in Singapore. The programme offers structured development through on-the-job learning, formal training, and exposure across teams, building a strong foundation for a long-term career at HSBC.

• International Wealth and Premier Banking
• Group Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Complete a structured development journey (training, coaching/mentoring, and learning assignments)
• Contribute to day-to-day activities and projects to deliver customer and business outcomes
• Analyze information and data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
• Support improvements to customer journeys, processes, controls, and service quality
• Work with stakeholders across teams and manage deliverables to agreed timelines
• Operate in line with HSBC's risk management, compliance, and control standards, escalating issues when required

What you'll need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across stakeholders
• A curious, motivated, and agile learning mindset in a fast-moving environment
• Ownership mindset with follow-through on commitments and openness to feedback

Eligibility

• Final-year students graduating by July 2027, or graduates whose degrees were awarded within the last two (2) years
• Available to start in July 2027
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore
