Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site measurements at residential and commercial properties
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings (layouts, elevations, sections and technical details)
Produce 3D drawings / visualisations for client presentations (SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar)
Develop joinery and furniture construction details suitable for factory production and site installation
Coordinate with sales, project managers, installers and factories to ensure accurate execution
Revise drawings based on site conditions, client feedback and technical requirements
Ensure designs comply with local site conditions, tolerances and installation practicality

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 23 years of experience in furniture design, joinery design or custom carpentry
Strong ability in site measurement and space planning
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Experience with 3D software (SketchUp / 3ds Max / similar)
Solid understanding of furniture construction, materials, and hardware systems
Knowledge of custom cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens and door systems
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Familiar with Singapore residential renovation environment is an advantage
