• Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.00am - 5.00pm
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Manage call centre hotlines, respond to enquiries promptly, and ensure timely follow-up on service requests.

• Coordinate funeral arrangements with accuracy, professionalism, and sensitivity to clients needs.

• Engage with clients through in-office consultations, on-site visits, and virtual meetings to discuss service arrangements.

• Assist in coordinating the transfer of the deceased to designated funeral homes in accordance with procedures.

• Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and proper documentation.

• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned to support departmental operations.

Requirement

• Have sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry is an added advantage
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is and added advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
