DRIVER
- Ensuring the smooth running of ceremonial services.
- Able to communicate effectively with Agents and Customers.
- Ensuring adequate safety precautions on site.
- Attending site meetings, if any.
- Liaising with vendors on deceased photograph printings and name tag printing on niche cover.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of site.
- Any other jobs assigned by HOD/ Supervisor from time to time.
- Implementation of calling and confirming with Agents / Customers on services booking (1 day before service date).
- Coaching and mentor team mate
- Standardize all procedures like check-in, Anling, Bone picking etc.
QUALIFICATION
- Primary / Secondary / NITEC in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Class 3 license with good driving records
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
- Positive Attitude.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to communicate effectively in bilingual.
- Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
