Funeral Operation Manager

Responsibility
Operational Leadership - Lead daily service operations through morning briefings, coordination with Team Leaders, and oversight of funeral service activities.
Scheduling & Finance Reporting - Manage service schedules, prepare monthly rosters, and provide budget updates to the Finance Department.
Quality & Client Care - Monitor service standards, respond to client feedback, and ensure rituals and customs are observed in line with company policies.
Process Development - Review and refine SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation.
HR & Staff Support - Oversee leave approvals, overtime, recruitment assistance, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being.
Policy & Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies, manage compensation matters, and perform additional operational duties as required.
