• Demonstrate proficiency in managing call center hotlines and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
• Coordinate effectively for funeral arrangements.
• Exhibit versatility in conducting client meetings, whether within the office, on-site visits, or through virtual communication platforms.
• Facilitate the transfer of the deceased to funeral homes.
• Collaborate closely with operations staff and the Finance Team.
• Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
