Level: Associate (1–5 PQE, SG scale)

Overview

A leading law firm with a strong international footprint, is seeking a talented Funds Associate to join its busy team. The role will involve advising sponsors, fund managers and institutional investors on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds across a range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds. Associates will work on fund formation, investor negotiations, regulatory matters and cross-border transactions alongside leading practitioners.

Requirements

• 1-5 years PQE at reputable Singapore or international law firm
• Qualified to the bar in Singapore, England & Wales or Common-law jurisdictions
• Relevant experience in investment funds, private equity or asset management
• Strong drafting, transactional and communication skills
• Commercially minded and able to work in a fast-paced international environment
