Funds Associate (Private Practice)

Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a Funds Associate to join their Singapore team.

The role involves a broad mix of funds, financial regulatory, and financial services advisory work across regional and crossborder matters.

Suitable candidates will have experience in areas such as:

Fund formation and investment documentation (LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, IMAs)

Regulatory advisory relating to financial services or investment products

Licensing and compliance under Singapore financial regulations

Payments, fintech, or digital assets matters

Crossborder transactional or funds-related work

Advising fund managers, financial institutions, or fintech clients

Requirements:

Singapore or common law qualified

26 PQE from a leading local or international firm

Strong drafting skills and comfort working on crossborder matters
