The Job
TheFundraising Senior Executive/Assistant Manager supports the execution of fundraising initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects to contribute to the organisation's mission and funding goals.
The incumbent will work closely with the Fundraising Manager / Executive Director to implement fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, and ensure smooth coordination of fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
- Support ongoing fundraising projects and contribute ideas for new initiatives.
- Identify and engage potential donors, corporate partners, and community organisations.
- Prepare fundraising materials including proposals, presentations, donation appeals, and acknowledgement letters.
- Coordinate CSR and community engagement projects with corporate partners.
- Maintain and update donor database and ensure proper documentation of contributions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Support reporting on fundraising outcomes and utilisation of donations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of donor information.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the fundraising team.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Services, or related field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or event management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
