work towards community reintegration. Club HEAL also supports and enables their families to provide better care during their recovery journey. Our services include day recovery activities, counselling, home visits, public education, support groups and volunteer training. We are a registered charitable organisation with an approved Institution of Public Character status. Role Description The Fundraising Manager provides strategic support to Head of Corporate Comms & Partnerships in the development of Branding communications strategy and is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising capabilities and strategies to secure financial support for Club HEAL, ensuring effective donor engagement and relationship management. This role is crucial in connecting the organisation's mission with potential donors, fostering long-term support and financial stability. • sExperience working with major donors and managing donor relationships, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
• .Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clear, persuasive cases for support to diverse stakeholders
• .Knowledge of philanthropy and charitable giving trends, particularly within the non-profit and social service sectors
• .Experience with annual giving programs and fundraising campaigns for charities or non-profit organisations
• .Proven ability to set and meet fundraising targets, analyse data, and use CRM or donor management systems
• .Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• .Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and to engage sensitively with mental health issues and beneficiaries
• .Degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
