Fundraising and Partnership Manager
- Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)
- Working location: Eunos
- Salary: SGD 6000 - SGD 7,500
Job Responsibilities
- Review, enhance, and execute existing fundraising strategies to improve sustainability and diversify revenue streams
- Develop and manage a balanced fundraising portfolio across corporates, foundations, individuals, and community partners
- Establish KPIs and targets aligned with organisational funding goals and programme needs
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutions beyond one-time donations
- Prepare partnership proposals and tailor engagement opportunities for stakeholders
- Manage partnership agreements, including MoUs
- Strengthen donor engagement strategies to ensure consistent and meaningful interactions
- Drive impact-focused communications such as reports, updates, and recognition initiatives to improve donor retention
- Analyse donor data to refine engagement strategies and personalise donor experiences
- Monitor fundraising performance metrics including donor retention, acquisition, and total funds raised
- Utilise analytics to evaluate donor lifecycle value and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all fundraising activities comply with Charities Act, Commissioner of Charities, and NCSS guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (Programmes, Finance, Volunteer Management, Communications) to align funding with impact
- Enhance internal fundraising capabilities through structured processes, tools, and frameworks
- Support digital fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and social media engagement
- Contribute to marketing and branding efforts to increase visibility and outreach
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in fundraising, partnerships or business development.
- Proven track record in donor acquisition and partnership management.
- Experienced & knowledge of charity governance and compliance in Singapore.
