Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in fundraising, partnerships or business development.
- Proven track record in donor acquisition and partnership management.
- Strong communication, proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of charity governance and compliance in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Optimisation
- Lead the review, refinement and execution of 4S existing fundraising strategy to strengthen sustainability and diversify income streams.
- Develop a balanced fundraising portfolio (corporates, foundations, individuals, community partnerships).
- Set clear KPIs and performance targets aligned with organisational funding needs and programme priorities.
Partnership Development & Management
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations and institutions, moving beyond one-off donations.
- Develop partnership proposals and customised engagement opportunities.
- Manage Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.
Donor Engagement, Stewardship & Experience
- Own and strengthen the donor stewardship framework, ensuring timely, consistent and meaningful engagement.
- Drive impact-based donor communications (reports, updates, recognition) to support donor retention.
- Use donor insights to refine engagement strategies and personalise donor journeys.
Governance & Reporting
- Track fundraising KPIs (donor retention, new donor acquisition, funds raised).
- Leverage analytics to track donor retention, acquisition, lifetime value and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure fundraising practices comply with Charities Act, Commissioner of Charities and NCSS requirements.
Capacity Building & Innovation
- Work closely with Programmes, Volunteer Management, Finance and Communications to align funding with service impact.
- Strengthen internal fundraising capability through frameworks, tools and structured processes.
- Support digital fundraising tools, campaigns and social media engagement.
- Support marketing and communications to enhance 4S brand and visibility.
Working Hours
- Five-day work week, up to 44 hours per week
- Availability to attend meetings or work on weekends when required
- Willingness to work five days per week at Eunos Crescent
