Job Summary

• Job Title: Fundraising & Partnership Manager

• Industry: Healthcare / Social Services (Eldercare)

• Location: Bukit Batok

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and executing the organisation's fundraising strategy, including diversifying income streams across corporates, foundations, and individual donors.

• Developing and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including corporates and institutions.

• Preparing partnership proposals, engagement plans, and agreements (MoUs).

• Managing donor engagement and retention, including communications, reporting, and relationship building.

• Tracking and analysing fundraising performance metrics (e.g., donor acquisition, retention, funds raised).

• Using data insights to improve donor experience and optimize fundraising strategies.

• Ensuring alignment with organisational goals, governance, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development.

• Proven track record in donor acquisition and partnership management.

• Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with charity governance and compliance in Singapore.

• Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
