Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Fundraiser to lead our capital raising efforts, build strategic partnerships, and support the company's growth plans. This role is ideal for someone with strong investor relations skills, financial expertise, and the ability to turn business vision into compelling investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage with potential investors, venture capital firms, private equity groups, strategic partners, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure investment and growth capital.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, shareholders, and financial partners.
  • Prepare professional investor presentations, pitch decks, executive summaries, and fundraising materials.
  • Create and manage detailed financial models, forecasts, valuation reports, and investment scenarios.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Lead due diligence processes and coordinate required documentation with legal, finance, and management teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and investment structures.
  • Work closely with leadership to define funding needs, business strategy, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor fundraising pipelines, investor feedback, and market trends.
  • Ensure all materials and company information are accurate, professional, and updated at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, or investor relations.
  • Strong track record of successfully raising funds or closing investment deals.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Excellent ability to prepare investor decks, business plans, and presentations.
  • Strong network of investors, funds, or business partners is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
