We are currently partnering with a growing investment platform that is looking to hire a Product Development and Structuring professional to join their team in Singapore. This role will focus on designing and launching private market fund solutions across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support endtoend fund launches for private market vehicles across APAC.
- Provide technical structuring input on fund vehicles across key jurisdictions (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia).
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including product design, documentation coordination, governance, and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build scalable product and operational infrastructure.
- Contribute to regional growth initiatives such as onboarding new funds, evaluating new markets, and preparing product proposals.
Requirements
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience in privatemarkets product development, fund structuring, or related legal/financial services.
- Strong understanding of fund structures and private market asset classes (private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds).
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory and product frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex structuring concepts into practical solutions.
