FUND OPS & COMPLIANCE | VENTURE CAPITAL | NEW HEADCOUNT

We are currently partnered with a venture capital looking to hire a fund operations and compliance lead. With various funds launched and deployed successfully, and as part of growth, there is now intent for them to upgrade their license, and hence, bringing on a lead that can be the point-person for all things mid-back office.

The hire will be essential in managing all regulatory compliance, tax and audit matters, working closely with regulators and vendors to ensure fund is compliant, along with timely submissions of reportings and filings. The hire will also oversee fund finance and operation matters eventually, which include distribution and redemption matters, preparation and maintenance of financial records, and working with vendors on reporting of financial statements, NAV calculations, and investor reports.

We are targeting candidates with 3-5 years experience in fund accounting, compliance consulting, or big 4 audit firms with experience auditing funds. This role is suitable for entrepreneurial-minded self-starters keen on being part of a growing journey of a fund. This role is applicable for Singaporeans or PRs.
