Job Summary

The Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management activities, including forecasting and adjustments. It involves preparing financial and data analysis reports, reconciling positions, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment settlements. Additionally, the role includes handling various ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

This position also involves leading a team of executives to ensure smooth shift operations, achievement of operational KPIs, and overall process accuracy.

Job Descriptions

  • Lead and manage a team of executives according to assigned shift schedules.
  • Manage bank accounts and coordinate the arrangement of fund-related payments.
  • Oversee fund management activities, including forecasting, monitoring, and adjustments.
  • Prepare financial and operational data analysis reports for management review.
  • Perform reconciliation of positions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in Fund Operations, Fund Management, Fund Administration, or Finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to commit to rotating shifts is required.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills, with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating in an agile, fast-paced team.
