Fund Operations Manager

The Company is a Capital Market Services Licence holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Responsibilities:

. Work with CEO and manage the day to day operations of the company and funds (currently 2 Private Equity VCC's)

. Act as a Representative of the Company

. Oversee and manage the ongoing compliance requirements including:

• quarterly compliance report submissions,
• MAS compliance data requests and submissions,
• Company compliance deliverables,

. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners including fund administrators, internal auditors, external auditors, and independent valuers

. Manage the quarter end reporting processes including Investment Committee, Company and VCC quarterly board meetings, drafting of resolutions/minutes

. Conduct due diligence and analytical work on current and new investment opportunities

. Assist with the Fund administrator to prepare and disseminate quarterly performance reports and statements

. Assist in the process of executing new investments, corporate actions and VCC exits

. Fund cash flow planning

. Assist CEO in looking at marketing and business development opportunities in the SE Asian region, including participating in relevant industry bodies and

. Be able to attend to any adhoc duties as required.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of fund management experience

. Singapore citizens / PR applicants only

. Experience in African markets preferable, but not a pre-requisite

. Ability to think through issues and problem solve independently and within a team

. Have the ability to manage multiple rolling tasks and deadlines

. Proactive and have a responsive approach to responsibilities

. Team player with good relationship management skills and an effective communicator.
