FUND OPERATIONS LEAD (VP) | PRIVATE DEBT & INFRASTRUCTURE FUND

Our Client is a Singapore-based investment fund focused on sustainable infrastructure and impact investments across Asia. Backed by established institutional shareholders, the platform operates within the private markets and alternative investment space, supporting projects that contribute towards the region's transition and long-term development agenda.

As the business continues to scale, the organisation is looking to hire a VP within the COO Office to work closely with senior leadership on the operational management and build-out. Sitting within a lean and highly visible environment, the role offers broad exposure across fund operations, fund administration oversight, governance, execution coordination and operational strategy, while partnering closely with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.

The position will play a key role in overseeing outsourced fund administration relationships, monitoring operational workflows, coordinating across finance and operational matters, and supporting the continued enhancement of infrastructure, controls and processes as the platform grows. Given the lean structure, the hire will also gain direct visibility into strategic business initiatives and decision-making processes, with opportunities to contribute beyond a traditional middle or back-office remit.

The successful candidate (7-12 years experience) is likely to come from fund administration, fund operations, private equity operations, alternative investments operations or broader investment platform environments. Experience working within private markets, infrastructure funds, private equity, venture capital or other non-listed investment environments will be viewed favourably. The Candidate should be comfortable operating within entrepreneurial and evolving environments, and possess a hands-on, adaptable and commercially minded approach.
