Client is property management company seeking to hire an immediate Fund Manager for 3 months to assist the team.

Location: Central

Duration: 3 months contract

Salary: up to $10,000 per month

Your new role

• Potential candidates should be familiar with the property/ real estate sector.
• Strong fund reporting experience with oversight of monthly financial reporting and review processes.
• Hands-on management of capital calls, distributions, fund flows, and loan drawdowns/repayments.
• Active cashflow management in close collaboration with the Investment Team.
• Oversight of fund flow timelines, documentation, and coordination of external service providers to ensure timely execution.
• Management of hedging arrangements and proactive stakeholder engagement with regular status updates.
