Hilleman Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fund Management Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting award budgeting and financial reporting across multiple programs. You will be responsible for completing and submitting accurate Financial Summaries and Reporting Forms, ensuring alignment with both funder requirements and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and finalization of award budgets across multiple programs.
- Prepare and submit accurate Financial Summary and Reporting Forms in a timely manner.
- Ensure alignment of financial reports with internal goals and funder expectations.
- Track grant expenditures and ensure appropriate use of funds in accordance with budgets.
- Collaborate closely with program, finance, and grant teams to gather necessary data and insights.
- Monitor compliance with grant and funder-specific financial guidelines.
- Assist in internal and external audits as required.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all fund-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in fund management, grants administration, or financial reporting (preferably in a non-profit, research, or academic setting).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools or software.
- Familiarity with donor-funded project requirements is an advantage.
