Our client is a regional venture capital firm investing in digital asset industry and they have a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Fund Finance Manager. This role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with other team members to cover fund accounting and operations
- Prepare and review fund accounting, capital account, fund performance calculation, management fee etc
- Liaise with external vendors such as fund administrators, auditors etc
- Monitor cash flow such as investment payments and expense, treasury tasks etc
- Prepare and manage financial statements, financial data from portfolio companies
- Monitor portfolio companies and valuations
- Prepare and review investor reports
- Coordinate audit, tax reporting processes.
- Other ad-hoc finance related duties when necessary
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years of fund accounting experience
- Exposure to digital asset / crypto industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other accounting qualification
- Good accounting and finance technical knowledge
- Motivated, meticulous, fast learner
- Good communication and presentation skills
