Job Summary
BEENEXT is seeking a Fund Finance Executive (Temp) to support core fund operations, including financial reporting, portfolio monitoring, transaction processing, and compliance activities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about fund management, venture capital, and finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform fund accounting reviews and reconcile financial data in collaboration with fund administrators to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare investor quarterly reports and support annual audit processes to deliver timely and transparent financial information
- Maintain and update internal portfolio tracking tools to monitor investment performance and support decision-making
- Manage investment transaction workflows to facilitate smooth processing of capital calls and distributions
- Execute regulatory compliance tasks and contribute to general fund operations to uphold governance standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or professional certification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel by analyzing financial data and organizing information to support fund operations
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy
- Apply organizational skills to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
