Overall Job Responsibility
The Executive will provide administrative and operational support for fund disbursement processes. The role involves document verification, preparation of computation templates, tracking submissions, processing applications and supporting timely and accurate disbursement of funds.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and consolidation of audited muster, financial statements and other ad-hoc submissions or claims from agencies.
- Perform verification checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation.
- Support the preparation and updating of funding computation templates.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of disbursements, including compilation of supporting documentation, as well as systematic updating of Tracking Sheets.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper tracking of submissions and disbursements.
- Maintain filing systems and submit required documentation to relevant government bodies.
- Process applications for Medical Fee Exemption Cards.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- Diploma or GCE A Level qualification in any discipline, with at least 23 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organization skills, meticulous and diligent in managing demands.
