Main Job Responsibilities
- . Handle fund accounting activities for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, including reconciliations, NAV calculations, and accruals.
- . Prepare Capital Account Statements for investors.
- . Prepare and issue Capital Call and Distribution notices.
- . Prepare Financial Statements and quarterly reporting packages.
- . Prepare waterfall and equalisation models.
- . Liaise with auditors and support year-end audit processes.
- . Support the implementation and onboarding of new fund launches.
- . Participate in process enhancement and improvement projects.
- . Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and compliance matters.
- . Assist in FATCA and CRS reporting and compliance procedures.
- . Manage client relationships and collaborate closely with cross functional service teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- . Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- . Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and/or CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
- . Minimum 3 - 10 years of relevant experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting.
- . Strong understanding of Private Equity fund operations, including fund structures, waterfall models,
- equalisation, and fund accounting processes.
- . Knowledge of the Investran system will be preferred.
- . Sound knowledge of IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
- . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- . Good project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
