Functional/Test Lead

Job Description:

• Lead requirement analysis, functional design validation, and traceability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of scope and deliverables.
• Review BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare/public sector regulatory standards.
• Drive impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with development, integration, and release teams.
• Oversee automation strategy where applicable.
• Track and report testing metrics, risks, and quality KPIs to leadership.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional analysts and test engineers.
• Allocate tasks and monitor deliverables against timelines.
• Provide regular status reporting to project and client leadership.
• Manage client communications and expectations effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.

Requirements:

Must have skills:

1. SQL
2. Microsoft Office
3. SAP

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis and/or testing roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity managing QA/functional teams.

Strong experience in:

• Healthcare or Public Sector transformation programs.
• End-to-end test lifecycle management.
• Agile / Hybrid delivery models.
• Test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Comments for Suppliers: Clearance must be done before onboarding.
