Functional & Performance Tester

Job Description

Functional Testing

. Design test cases based on requirements and user stories

. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing

. Test Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio & ServiceNow

. Validate workflows, business rules, roles, and data accuracy

. Support UAT and log issues

Performance & Load Testing

. Define KPIs: response time, throughput, system stability

. Conduct load, stress, and endurance tests

. Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks

. Ensure applications meet availability and usage requirements

Test Automation

. Build and maintain automation frameworks

. Automate regression and performance test cases

. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines

Security & Compliance

. Ensure compliance with IM8 and SGTS guidelines

. Test role access and data handling rules

. Support security remediation and audits

Documentation & Reporting

. Prepare test plans, cases, and reports

. Manage defects using JIRA

. Maintain reusable testing assets

Requirements

. 4-6 years in software testing

. At least 2 years experience testing:

. Microsoft Power Platform OR

. ServiceNow

. Functional testing

. Regression testing

. UAT

. Performance / load testing

. Test automation

. CI/CD concepts

. Power Apps

. Power Automate

. Power BI

. Copilot Studio

. Dataverse

. ServiceNow workflows / portals

. JIRA

. Automation tools - Selenium / Katalon / ServiceNow ATF

. Performance tools - JMeter / LoadRunner

Certifications

. ISTQB certification

. Microsoft Power Platform certification
