FUNCTIONAL LEAD - FRCS

  • Lead the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Finance, Risk, and Compliance Systems (FRCS) to drive transformation, process excellence, and strong financial governance.
  • Lead functional design and implementation across core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, AA, FP&A).
  • Drive ERP and consolidation transformation programmes from requirements to post-go-live.
  • Ensure seamless financial data integration to enable accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Embed governance, internal controls, and audit requirements into system design
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to align on priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement, process optimisation, and automation initiatives
  • Enable knowledge sharing and upskilling across Finance and Technology.

The Ideal candidate:

  • At least 8 years in finance systems or enterprise transformation, including leadership roles
  • Proven success delivering ERP and consolidation transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and internal controls.
  • Experience with system integration, data governance, and automated reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

FUNCTIONAL LEAD - PEOPLE SYSTEMS

  • Own end-to-end functional design and optimisation of People Systems across the hire-to-retire lifecycle i.e., core HR, recruitment, performance, rewards, learning, and workforce administration.
  • Drive adoption of People Systems through clear process design, governance, and usability and ensure HR processes are standardised, scalable and system-enabled
  • Define and maintain end-to-end HR process standards, ensuring consistency across business units and translate HR business needs, policies, and operating models into clear functional requirements and process flows.
  • Define functional acceptance criteria and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Ensure functional alignment with HR policies, compliance requirements, and workforce strategy.
  • Serve as the primary business interface between HR, Information System (IS), and vendors for People Systems initiatives.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to simplify, harmonise, and optimise HR processes before system enablement.
  • Drive functional governance, including change impact assessment, prioritisation, and release readiness from a business perspective.
  • Monitor process performance and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Has 8 to 12 years of experience in HR operations/ HR transformation roles designing end-to-end HR processes using People Systems
  • Has experience working with enterprise HR platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) from a functional/business perspective.
  • Can translate HR policy and business needs into system-enabled process design.
  • Has proven success in standardizing, enabling and continuously improving HR Process Design
  • Has demonstrated success partnering with HR, IS, and vendors in complex, regulated organisations.
