- Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for datamart and customer
relationship manager systems
- Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and
document the requirements (functional & non-functional) and streamline the processes;
- Define and/or propose sound solution to address business needs;
- Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements;
- Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT;
- Follow the bank's process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones
within expected project timeline;
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial and banking industry
- Understand wholesale banking domain knowledge and products such as customer onboarding &
servicing, loan and trade; knowing the business workflow is a plus
- Experience in corporate credit origination or similar areas
- Experience in SDLC and possess basic technical skills, such as web application, API, database,
SQL, data visualization, and reporting
- Able to work independently or with limited guidance
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Teamwork spirit and positive mindset
