Job Description

  • 9+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services.
  • Ability to perform a dual role (Functional BA + Project Manager).
  • Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking and Retail product knowledge such as CASA and Loans (Secured/Unsecured).
  • Hands-on experience in Cheque Clearing (SGD & USD), CTS Lite, and EDP projects related to Singapore cheque clearing processes.
  • Proven experience in industry-level regulatory projects involving MAS.
  • Strong change management and governance experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
