Functional Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

. Serve as a single point of contact for all business needs and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for the change requests.

. Liaise with business users and formalize requirements

. Liaise with technical delivery team for initial L0 estimates

. Consolidate prioritized list of CRs for impact assessment, including effort estimates

Review impact analysis and cost quotation with business stakeholders for final prioritization

Skills/Requirement:

. Expert skills in MS excel, Excel Macros, MS power point, SharePoint.

. Experience in Software Development Cycle and JIRA

Good data analysis skills
