As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems.
Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
You will also be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Expertise in Stakeholder Management is required, along with proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Facilitation, and Business Process Management (BPM), all at an advanced level.
Develop innovative strategies to improve stakeholder management Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather insights Create comprehensive business process documentation.
