At least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
Prior and good working knowledge in various banking domains especially in Retail Banking Industry.
Strong knowledge and working experiences in Customer Servicing and Customer Relationship Management systems.
Working knowledge in JIRA and preferably Dynamics.
Attention to details, highly organized and ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
Excellent functional analysis skills and strong interpersonal communication skills as well as ability to work well individually and collaboratively in a team.
Job Description:
Help to drive requirement by gathering user processes and journeys translating to functional and system journeys.
Transformation of existing workflow and processes.
Attend and present in meetings and workshops with multiple business units.
Translate business requirements (BR) into functional requirements (FR) and system requirements (SR).
Follow-up with technical teams on assessment of functional construction
Traceability/capability matrix between BR and FR.
Perform all SDM project documentation requirements.
Provide gatekeeping through testing (show-and-tell) across SIT and UAT
