Must have worked in local or foreign banks
Must have implement full end to end projects for finance applications (ie. SAP ERP, Enterprise Budget, Financial Consolidation, Regulatory Reporting (ie. MAS 637, MAS 610))
Must understand financial data
Able to perform dive dive impact assessment, detailed data analysis and data profiling
Able to facilitate and drive workshop discussions with business and tech teams
Strong communication skills, ie prepare high quality & concise presentation slides to senior management

Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validate business requirements
Perform impact assessments and analyze the to-be business and operational processes based on agreed requirements
Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned with business objectives
Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep
Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests
Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity and completeness
Maintain traceability of functional specification to business requirements
Review test plan and functional test scope prepared by testing team
Support SIT and UAT, including defect prioritization, tracking and resolution
