Job Description

  • Overall 6-9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience working on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regulatory compliance initiatives within Banking or Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of FATCA requirements, customer due diligence, tax residency classification, self-certification processes, withholding requirements, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar requirement management tools.
