Functional Business Analyst cum PMO (1-Year Renewable Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Support requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis (as-is/to-be)
• Liaise between business and tech teams to ensure clear requirement handover
• Assist in SIT/UAT, including test preparation, defect tracking, and validation
• Provide PMO support: maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance activities
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in Business Analysis / PMO / project support
• Basic understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies
• Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
