Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for datamart and customer relationship manager systems
Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and document the requirements (functional & non-functional) and streamline the processes
Define and/or propose sound solution to address business needs
Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements
Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT
Follow the bank's process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones within expected project timeline
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial and banking industry
Understand corporate/wholesale bankingdomain knowledge and products such as customer onboarding & servicing, loan and trade knowing the business workflow is a plus
Experience in SDLC and possess basic technical skills, such as web application, API, database, SQL, data visualization, and reporting
Able to work independently or with limited guidance
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
