Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Business Analyst cum PMO with R Systems.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
Analyse current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
Maintain requirement documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Support impact analysis for change requests.

Functional Design & Coordination

Support handover of requirements to technical teams with clear documentation.
Participate in requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
Track updates, assumptions, and dependencies, and flag potential risks.

Testing Support

Assist in reviewing test plans and test scenarios.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Log, track, and follow up on defects and validate outcomes against requirements.

PMO & Project Support

Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status trackers.
Support governance activities including meetings, documentation, and reporting.
Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare project status reports and stakeholder updates

Requirements

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, or project support roles.
Basic understanding of SDLC and/or Agile methodologies.
Exposure to finance, banking, or technology projects is a plus.

Skills

Strong documentation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or MS Project.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
