Role: Functional BA/Admin

Job Level: 6-9 years of relevant experience (L3)

Duration: 12 Months Renewable

Key Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to manage small changes (CRs) following the Quarterly Release (QR) framework and budget for finance and data domains.
• Serve as single point of contact for all of business needs
• and manage all stakeholders (including various technical delivery teams) required for change requests
• Liaise with business users and formalize/capture requirements
• and upload in eRequest system
• Provide initial L0 estimates to Business User
• Liaise with system analyst to get efforts for change
• request
• Consolidate initial prioritised list of CRs from the
• Business User and update in eRequest system for Impact Analysis
• assessment
• Review Impact Analyst cost quotation with Business user for final prioritisation
• Formalize budget for business segments and work with
• QR Management Team for Tech allocation
• Prepare billing to business segment for CR done.

• Secondary role is to support departmental administrative activities such as onboarding/offboarding of resources, coordinate key meetings with various stakeholder for department head, prepare meeting deck, project dashboard, training arrangement.
