Fulltime Server/Waiter

A restaurant server is responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing high-quality customer service. Servers take orders, deliver food and beverages, and manage guest needs in a professional and efficient manner.

1. Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated.

2. Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu, including specials and dietary options.

3. Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen and bar.

4. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation and quality.

5. Provide attentive service to guests by checking on their satisfaction and addressing requests promptly.

6. Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems efficiently.

7. Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

8. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. 9. Upsell additional products, including desserts, drinks, and specials.

10. Assist with opening, closing, and other restaurant duties as needed.
