The Role
The team member is the heart of our service, representing the brand to our customers, instrumental in providing awesome service to customers so that they keep coming back. The team member will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have. He or She is assigned to, but not limited to, take customers orders, preparation and production of food, assemble the orders, and act as cashiers.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customer warmly and taking orders accurately.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company SOP.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Have the energy levels that are off the charts, and enthusiasm with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle all stations of Front End and Back End.
- Pleasant disposition Smiles spontaneously and constantly especially during peak hour periods.
- Ability to manage peak hour periods with speed and accuracy.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
- Thrives in fast paced environments and is able to work on their feet.
- Relevant working experience in food and beverages industry is an added advantage.
