Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and responsible Full-Time Social Media / Marketing Executive to plan and manage social media content, edit videos, design marketing materials, handle customer inquiries, and support e-commerce backend operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand visibility
- Edit short videos for TikTok, reels, and marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement
- Design posters, product visuals, and simple marketing materials to support promotional efforts
- Create captions, promotional posts, and campaign materials that align with marketing goals
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries to maintain positive customer relations
- Manage TikTok Shop and Shopee backend tasks to ensure smooth e-commerce operations
- Monitor social media engagement metrics and assist in strategies to improve online presence
- Support marketing activities, product launches, and promotions as needed to drive sales and awareness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication skills for handling customer inquiries effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Creativity, organization, and willingness to learn
