Job Summary

Contributes to outlet performance by assisting the Outlet Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shift. Deploy partners and delegates tasks someone who has a great personality and is a dynamic Team Player to create and maintain theWe create magical moments to make the world ahappierplace for the customers. Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Baskin Robbins principles.

Job Description (but not limited to) :

. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures.

. Manage the outlet to meet or exceed standards in product quality, safety, and cleanliness.

. Provide friendly service with a pleasant personality.

. Proficient in daily operation tasks e.g. Cashiering, scooping ice cream, preparing waffle cones, etc.

. Any other tasks as given by Management periodically.

Job Requirement :

. OPEN TO SINGAPOREANS / PR ONLY.

. Preferably someone with relevant working experience in the F&B industry.

. However, candidates with no prior experiences may apply.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Result driven, Passionate about work and an excellent Team Player.
