Full Time Service Crew

Cibo Italiano is a neighborhood Italian restaurant runned by a local family, located in River valley road. Cibo presents a selection of accessible and rotational wines complemented by quality and a never fussy variety of homely Italian foods such as pastas and pizzas.

This role is one of very few positions that directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurant.

Job Details:

- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.

- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.

- Perform opening and closing duties.

- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.

- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.

- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Prior working experience in an Italian Restaurant is an added advantage.

- No experience welcomed as well Training will be provided.

- Able to work for split shift.

- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

- Passionate in the line of F&B.
