Job Summary
You will lead daily caf operations, ensuring the wellbeing of cats and delivering excellent customer service. Manage your team to maintain a welcoming environment for both cats and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily caf operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction
- Coach and train team members to uphold service and cat care standards
- Manage caf inventory to maintain adequate supplies and reduce waste
- Brief customers on caf rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers following hygiene standards
- Engage customers by explaining cat behaviors and proper handling techniques
- Groom cats regularly and monitor their health to maintain wellbeing
- Clean cats living areas, including condos, beds, and litter pans, to ensure hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cat condos and refresh litter pans daily
- Prepare daily meals and water bowls for cats according to dietary needs
- Perform dishwashing and laundry duties to support caf operations
- Execute any additional duties assigned to support caf functions
