About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our fashion and lifestyle store. You will deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers and perform push sales to achieve targets
- Assist customers with product selection and styling advice
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock organization
- Receive, replenish, and track inventory
- Support product displays and promotions
- Assist with store social media updates (IG/FB/TikTok)
- Work closely with the team to improve sales performance
- Willing to do OT with OT pay
- Flexible to shift reschedule based on business needs
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail experience (fashion retail preferred)
- Singapore Citizen and PR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
- Able to work overtime when required
