Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Experience in Japanese restaurants is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD $3000-$4000
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week
