Full Time Restaurant Manager

Jobscope:

Greeting and serving customers

. Provide high quality of customer service to customers

. Follow and design SOP's on food & beverage preparation and order system

. Serving customer of foods and beverage

. Report for duty on time and neatly groomed.

. Perform opening and closing duties.

. Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.

. Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to guests.

. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas

. Maintain inventory for bar items and wines

Requirement's:

. 5 Years or more in the food and beverage industry

. Detailed, energetic and highly motivated

. Warm and cheerful personality

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

. Able to work in a team

. Must have initiative

. Fluent in Microsoft excel and word
