About the Role

We're looking for a Remote Online Homeowner Consultant to join our team as a front-end caller. You'll be the first voice homeowners hear when they enquire about renovation services through our platform. Your job is to speak with them, understand their project needs, collect key details, and make sure they get connected with the right interior designers from our network.

Think of it as a customer-facing consultation and coordination role - you call homeowners, find out what they need, and set them up for the next step.

This is a fully remote, Singapore-based role designed for individuals who thrive in a flexible working environment. Whether you're a stay-at-home parent looking for a meaningful full-time career you can do from home, or someone who simply works best outside a traditional office, this role was built with you in mind.

What You'll Do

  • Call homeowners who have submitted renovation enquiries through our platform
  • Consult with them to understand their project: housing type, budget range, renovation scope, timeline, design preferences, and floorplans
  • Make sure homeowner information is accurate, complete, and logged into our system promptly
  • Answer basic questions homeowners may have about how Network Singapore works and what to expect
  • Flag issues such as unreachable contacts, fake numbers, or enquiries that fall outside our criteria
  • Follow up with homeowners in a timely manner - all new enquiries must be contacted within 24 hours
  • Keep detailed call notes and status updates for every homeowner in our tracking system
  • Work closely with the team lead on scheduling, quality checks, and any cases that need escalation
  • Join weekly team check-ins to review performance and share feedback

Who You Are

  • A Singaporean citizen or permanent resident based in Singapore
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) conversational Mandarin or Malay is a strong plus
  • Warm, patient, and professional on the phone - you understand that homeowners are making a big decision and need to feel heard
  • Detail-oriented and organised - you can manage multiple calls and records without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable with basic tech tools: WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and simple CRM or tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage your own time effectively working from home
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or call centre roles is a plus - but not required
