. Collect payments and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner

. Perform daily opening and closing of the National Training Centre and premises

. Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, including bookings, amendments, and cancellations
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and bookings
. Administer locker bookings, including tracking usage, processing renewals, and following up on membership and locker fee payments
. Handle products and ensure proper documentation of inventory and sales transactions
. Ensure sufficient quantities of pool, snooker, and billiard ball sets are maintained
. Oversee the proper care, cleaning, and return of all equipment, including balls and cues
. Carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of the entire premises at the start of operations
. Clean and disinfect tables after each use and ensure the area is free of rubbish
. Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, including balls and cues
. Perform general housekeeping duties such as waste disposal, vacuuming, and cleaning of furniture and whiteboards
. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including toilets and corridors
. Assist the Operations Executive and Centre Manager with daily operational matters of the premises
. Ensure smooth vehicle movement with no obstruction at the carpark
. Manage carpark ingress where required
. Manage vehicle ingress and egress where required
. Manage all administration processes as well as any other duties assigned by the Operations Executive and the Centre Manager
